YANIRA M. REYES
Yanira's practice is in real estate law with a focus on property tax lending. Yanira has extensive experience in originating and collecting transferred property tax liens. Tax lien foreclosures are her specialty, and her knowledge of the Rule 736 and Chapter 33 foreclosure processes is foremost in Texas. Yanira presented a paper on the subject of tax lien foreclosures to the 2012 Texas Bar Advanced Real Estate Law Course.

Yanira was raised in Killeen, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with
a Bachelor of Business Administration.
At St. Mary's University School of Law, she achieved notable success, appearing on the Dean's List and joining the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.
Yanira joined the St. Mary's Law Journal as a staff writer during her second year of studies, continued with the Journal her third year as a
Senior Associate Editor, and was awarded Outstanding Senior Associate Editor.
Yanira graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law Magna Cum Laude in May 2009 and became a member of the Texas Bar in November 2009.
